In metal cans or glass jars, we have selected what we prefer in preserves: high quality certified products with impeccable traceability. Hence the choice of a cannery that we have known for over 15 years, and whose products have never disappointed us. The canning process is carried out with the utmost respect for the raw material and, above all, without preservatives, colouring agents or any other uselessness of industrial cooking. This first series consists mainly of fish: bluefin tuna (Thunnus thynnus), yellowfin tuna (Thunnus albacare) and sardines (Sardina pilchardus), among the best in the Bay of Cadiz.
