A selection of 3 bottles, 3 producers, the same variety of olives: the picual, the queen of the provinces of Jaén and Córdoba. Light bitterness and middle spicy.
100% Picual variety. 0.5 litre glass bottle. From an olive grove in the Sierra Mágina Natural Park (PDO Sierra Mágina, Jaén). A sweet olive oil that retains the characteristic spiciness and sharpness of this local olive variety.
Oil produced from organic olives harvested in October, pitted and cold pressed.
Oil extracted from pitted olives and produced from olive trees grown in accordance with the principles of organic farming.
Slightly spicy and bitter, Haza La Centenosa prefers to pit the Picual olive, the local variety, before pressing it to soften the bitterness. This is not a new method as it was used by the Romans in 3rd century BC. The result is a gourmet olive oil, fine and subtle to the taste.
